Dear colleagues!
I am greeting you in the pages of the first issue of Polytrauma journal in the new decade. As usually, we are trying to make advances and to extend the possibilities for advancement of authors' publication in the pages of our journal.
Currently, Polytrauma journal has been included into the international database Scopus that gives good perspectives for increasing citation index of our authors in the international systems. In its turn, the editorial board strives to maintain the high standards of material presentation, providing the sufficient level of interesting publications, attracting the domestic and foreign authors, and supporting the perspective scientific projects of young researchers.
One should remember that the information field does not have limits in the modern world. Mobility and availability are the main advantages of modern concept of distribution and receive of information.
We would like to attract the authors' attention to the fact that articles for Polytrauma journal are published with use of DOI (Digital object identifier). It is the modern standard for information presentation in Internet, and is the most appropriate and well accepted method for identification and search of scientific data in Internet. The editorial office can assign an identifier for materials published before 2020.
We are glad to continue our cooperation in the new year, and appreciate the trust in our journal and participation in creation of each issue. I hope we will find more important and actual information in the pages of this issue.
